Perhaps if all dinners could be had in the middle of a gorgeous farm, surrounded by sunflowers, mountains in the distance and bright, bright Colorado sunshine – there would be more Monday dinners out.
I had the extreme pleasure of attending a farm dinner at Isabelle Farms in Lafayette. The dinner was a collaboration with Zolo Grill, a 20-year-old mainstay in Boulder, known for their enchiladas, among other things.
All the dishes were prepared by Zolo chefs and included as much fresh produce from Isabelle Farms as possible – as well as other local meats and fruit.
